What you will need:
100gms Morgenster Black Olive Paste1 clove garlic, crushed300 grams tinned tunaPinch of Pepper1 tbsp capers, choppedMorgenster Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to prepare:
Mix the tuna, olive paste, capers and crushed garlic until a paste is obtained, one can place the mixture in a blender to obtain a smooth paste. Place paste in a bowl, add pepper and olive oil to taste and mix with a wooden spoon.
Serve the spread on toast/crackers as an appetizer, add it to fresh pasta or serve with roast pork or white fish
