Olive and Date Tapenade
What you will need:
  • 150g Pitted dates
  • 200g Morgenster Black Olive Paste 
  • 10ml Morgenster Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Fresh Rosemary, minced
  • 50g Toasted Walnuts

    How to prepare:
    Chop the dates well.
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Cover and Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight and allow flavours to blend.
    Put in blender and blend until a smooth paste.
    Serve with Crackers.
