Olive and Pesto Muffins

What you will need:

  • 500ml cake flour
  • 15ml baking powder
  • 5ml salt
  • 375ml grated mature cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch of spring onions (white part only), chopped
  • 100g Morgenster Black Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped
  • 300ml yoghurt
  • 50ml ready-made pesto (any flavour)
  • 80ml sunflower oil

    How to prepare:
    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
    Add the cheese, spring onions and olives and mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, pesto and oil and mix well.
