• 250 g beef sirloin thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons of Morgenster extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Handful of rocket leaves
• 40 g of Parmesan shavings
Use a sharp knife to slice beef.
Place the beef slices between sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with a rolling pin.
Arrange 3 to 4 slices of beef on a serving plate and drizzle with Morgenster extra virgin olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh rocket and Parmesan shavings on top.
