Monte Marcello Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Monte Marcello single varietal extra virgin olive oil has an acidity of 0.8%. It is named after the 12th century tower in Liguiria, on the border with Tuscany, owned by Giulio Bertrand. The Ligurian olives used to make this oil occasionally mature much later than normal, around July - August.
